My interim occupancy for M1 - 53rd floor is scheduled in 2 weeks from now. But no communication on anything / updates on PDI yet.

Hi, I am to occupy one of the higher floors in M1 - Unit 04 with a wrap around balcony in Aug. Would appreciate if someone who has already occupied a 04 unit in lower floors, pls share window measurements. There is a good offer for roller blinds ongoing at Ikea but it will last only until 30 Jun.

M1 & M2 Officially Topped Off on 14 Sep 2022 >

As per the last communication from builder - "The next communication and update that we send out will be when the M1 tower is topped off and will include an update and your final tentative occupancy date and we are expecting top off to happen approx July/August" . Did anyone hear any further...

Just received an email. Tentative occupancy is Apr 2023 - I am on 53rd in M1.

Any updates / email on the occupancy dates for M1 ? Occupancy for lower floors was expected to start in Spring 2022?

I am newbie out here. Thanks for sharing this info. 6 months to 1 year delay in condo project closing seems to be common out here? I was thinking M1 will be closed first but here work is divided between both M1 & M2 going in parallel.
