I live in this neighbourhood and have seen proposals come and go for this site. I am anything but disappointed. Perfect? No. But to call it a "waste" is just absurd.

I think people can raise negative criticisms here - even personal and subjective views - without being expected to construct a building of their own. I also think that abovegrade has tried to clarify his remarks in the matter. At least that's my opinion on the situation.
