Second this. Does anyone have any idea on whether they'll address the chips or stain/paint the concrete pillars so that they look uniform? Or does exterior concrete typically get left alone?

I believe this darker vertical concrete slap was a replacement done in approx early August because the original piece was damaged by a construction worker moving materials up and down on the crane.

Alt opinion: More seriously it's actually is a bright and somewhat colourful building in the king west area when you see it in person. Nothing wrong with it. Personally not so sure the faux red brick fits well, but maybe it'll get cleaned up a bit around occupancy.

Occupancy for this building seems to be pushed back to after July 2023. Roof has been reached. Anyone know the reasons why another 9+ months would be needed for a building like this with just 14 stories? Appreciate there were strikes by trades for a month or so in May but still. Windows and...

What makes you say that? The price jack up on decor upgrades for this project was mindblowing (presumably due to commodity bull run), so hoping they do not cheap out on the externals here....

Received a notice from the builder a few weeks ago about potential delays to the final occupancy date for this building (Currently set circa August 2020 for my unit). Any thoughts on how long a delay, if any, there might be? Seems like at least until earlier this week many construction sites...
