    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

I never understood why asking for updates is so frowned upon. Sometimes when people ask for new info it ends up being the reason why new info was posted to begin with. Give @Collingwoodbuildinglover a break they're just interested in the project and have asked similar questions before which...

I'm Not A City Planner, But I Play One in Video Games

Cities Skylines 2 just released and I was watching a video of it and I noticed they added the Cn tower, L tower and One Bloor east into the base game. Its cool to see Toronto has really made a name for itself and has been featured in a big game like this! Video

Oh my bad, the 28 main street one makes way more sense. Lets hope this one gets built this time.

Gates of Thornhill is right beside this one, the adjacent development in this picture is this project.

    Markham Toronto | Langstaff Gateway | ?m | ?s | Condor Properties Ltd | IBI Group

Yea it was all speculation, I remember seeing a few articles talking about it but this is what I was able to find. Now that i'm looking back on it, I first thought it was some in depth analysis determining the whole density thing but I just realized it was a bunch of NIMBYS complaining.

    Markham Toronto | Langstaff Gateway | ?m | ?s | Condor Properties Ltd | IBI Group

It's very insane, apparently this area will be the second densest area in the world right after an area in Hong Kong once everything is built.

Another one at Highway 7 and Keele, Vmc is moving east!

Doug Fords Emzo at Langstaff and Hightech is calling for 80 storey towers. Edit: M3 in Mississauga is 77 storeys at 260 meters and the tallest building in Langstaff/Hightech TOC is panned to be 263 meters so theres still a possibility that this tower could be the tallest outside of Toronto.

    Markham Toronto | Gallery Towers | 102.51m | 30s | Remington Group | BDP Quadrangle

Yea Remington's pace is the reason i'm more interested in Vmc these days. It took them 3 years to nearly complete 3 high rise towers up to 50s there while over here Remington hasn't even topped up 25 and 30 storey buildings when they've been at it for 3 years on 2 mid rises. I think...

    Markham Toronto | Uptown Markham (Phase 6, Block 2A) | 99.84m | 30s | Times Group | Core Architects

Wow only 46 storeys at the Warden and Highway 7 Corner, was hoping to see at least 50 storeys there.

    Markham Toronto | Uptown Markham (Phase 6, Block 2A) | 99.84m | 30s | Times Group | Core Architects

I have to wonder why Times group isn't gradually increasing the height of the towers up until Highway 7 and Warden where it peaks. Instead it seems like there going up and down.

    Vaughan Toronto | 171 Maplecrete | 164.9m | 50s | Liberty Development | Arcadis

Docs say 157.70, 142.95 and 130.50 so only one of the towers is a skyscraper.
