Amazing stuff! I've seen a lot of great shots here but these are mindbogglingly beautiful. Great job!

Good use of land and it won't be so big that it dwarfs everything around it.

lol I know right? The renderings are incredible but I just can't see it actually turning out like that. I really hope I'm being pessimistic and will be proven wrong.

It looks like it's 10 years old. I really don't understand how it turned out so bad. Units are nice enough inside but for Yorkville prices I'd be looking somewhere else.

Abandoned or neglected buildings in Toronto

Yeah, Buffalo definitely has some rough patches. These are prime for a loft conversion.

Abandoned or neglected buildings in Toronto

That's such a shame. It looks like there's a pretty nice building next door on College that's getting tagged up thanks to the dilapidated building beside it.

Is M1 and M2 still the name for these towers? Isn't there a North York development with the exact same name?

Wow, those balconies are ?. I can't believe I didn't notice them until now. The units look pretty good here too.

What explains this geographic trend of a high percentage of young adults living with parents in Southern Ontario?

Yeah there are some amazing houses there for under $500k, if I was going to look elsewhere that'd probably be my top pick. I've always loved the east coast, been to Newfoundland a few times too but the weather there would deter me from staying long term; great place to visit though.
