Can someone explain why less spandrel is a good thing? I'm sorry for the ignorant question, but I do not understand the benefits/drawbacks of going one way or the other. Thanks!

Wow, they're already at the 16th floor? What's up with that 8-storey building? Wasn't that supposed to be the Prism Club or something?

It's nice to see that they're adding the shell outside of the condo now. Do they normally skip the lobby floors for a reason?
