sidewalk I don't get it. Is there no plan to put a sidewalk on the south side of Front St.? What does this bridge connect to?

Teksavvy told me similar. Not yet classified as residential building according to their system. They didn't mention a date, though. As someone who works from home, that's a huge problem for me.

Ugh. The black brick looks horrible here. If the brick were similar to the building's neighbours, I'd give thumbs up. But really don't like the contrast in this case.

While we're on the topic of proximity, if there are any south-facing Glas residents here, I'm curious: how loud has construction at Charlie been over the last year or so? Enough to make you teeth (read: seeth)? Or is it manageable? I've always been curious when I walk by.

That podium looks like it will completely overwhelm the street. I'm all for the height. But the base seems better suited to King/Bay than Peter/Richmond.
