I'll add some of my photos from my observations from March 27, 2022. Balcony glasses seems to be completed up to level 20 on the west tower. Drywall completion is unknown but I see completed dry wall in the 3rd floor. Still lots of work to go.

I think they have improved quite a bit if you are comparing them to the surrounding buildings built in the last 5-12 years. Riverview and Pavilia appears to be using essentially the same material. I don't see how you are getting that Pavilia is any lesser than Riverview.

You may want to correct the number of storeys for these two buildings. Tower A is 36 storeys and Tower B is 33 storeys. Now, does anyone know the final height of these buildings?

My pictures were taken a few days before DarkSideDenizen posted above. Someone was asking about the piece of land west of this site and it appears there has been an application with the city for more condos. I am not sure how realistic this is but 6 buildings ranging from 36-50 storeys is...

They do but I honestly expected it to be even taller. I think it appears huge because of the grade of the ground. It sits right at the top of the "hill" when you're driving along Hwy 7. When you're actually near the building, it doesn't feel that tall.

Nice shot during the day .I've always wondered how accurate the glass would be to the rendering? Here is my contribution. It appears that they have only done a few glass walls on the south west corner of the building. I don't see any other glass anywhere else. Notice the glass door on the west...

I think you are pretty spot on. World on Yonge North & South tower is 32 stories at 102m. My estimate says Pavilia Tower is about 125m when completed.

I'm pretty sure it is the tallest until Riverview building A & B is completed in 2022.

It does look huge depending on where you are looking at it. From a distance, it appears seriously tall but when you are actually near the building, it doesn't seem that tall. It only seems tall because it is the tallest building in the area and possibility in Markham.

Good pictures as usual. Are you sure that the West Tower is now on the mechanical levels? From my count, they have just started 33/34 levels. West Tower has 36 occupiable levels. If you look closely, there are concrete walls dividing each unit. I think there should be 2-3 more levels before...

Those aren't sleeping quarters. Those are just mobile offices. I don't think any construction workers has to sleep on site for any reason. That space is suppose to be a plaza for retail and restaurants. But there was also rumours that an elementary school was proposed. Given all the restaurants...

Looking good for Tower A. Only 6 floors left before reaching its final height. It might be done by the end of the year - weather permitting. It's so rare to see a building gone this far in forming without a single pane of window installed. Does anyone know what the green screen is for on random...

I doubt it. The presentation center has been there for ages. It would look out of place to build something there in my opinion as there are buildings in the 10-33 storeys in all directions.

As far as I know, this project has been approved for 36 storeys in building A and 33 storeys in building B. This does not affect any of the buyers who originally purchased the building in 2018. I don't know why the city of Markham required building B to be moved to the west making for a 2nd...
