as long as you have a front load washer dryer, with a dryclean steam button, I would say it's cool....however I do hate those washer dryers ontop of one another, you could have the best floor plan but if your washer dryer sucks well...the whole place sucks LOL

why dont you take equity out of your current property and purchase your new property and rent the property you currently have

The Kingsway is beautiful, and I would have to agree with gpstarr444. I bought a home in the Edenbridge HumberValley neighbourhood and personally I would never even consider moving east or even north Toronto.
