Is the balcony end material mirrors? Am I seeing this right? 🧐😵‍💫

They seem to be stock pilling seacans and trailers on the west end of the site. Does anyone know if this is permanent or if they'll develop that side? It sure is ugly and depressing.

It's placed like that for the river view.
