I can't believe they didn't add direct access to the mall like the 3 Forest Laneway towers. Just looking into these units they seem to be very small, but I too would like to see the floorplans. Completion has been very slow here, perhaps a pandemic effect. A nice looking addition to the area.

One of the Emerald Park tenants told me today that the LCBO was opening in late September or early October and that there would be a supermarket also, though not necessarily Metro. Has anyone heard about any of this. She seemed quite excited about the prospect of more business.

You are both right concerning the townhouses. They were rebuilt from older, empty ones, but they were used to house tenants from the townhouses on Greenfield which were demolished.

This makes no sense. A major highway with a subway and just steps from a subway entrance. Should be a super highrise.

Kin Kin Bakery opened today. It's packed and looks quite good.

The three apartment towers are not owned by RioCan but a separate entity Axes Investments. Their relationship seems a little testy at times. Yes the windows really do need replacing. I'm in building 2 facing East. Even with central air I'm dreading the coming heatwave.

Does anyone have any idea how this project is doing? Every time I go past the sales office it seems to be closed. Not sure how they are going to sell any condos that way.
