Nice model picture, where did you get it? The building itself , while nothing special, is not terrible looking either. Wish they didn't have to go with green though, although at least this is not the Toronto downtown where there are green condos everywhere.

While I probably won't want to City Place, it is ridiculous to compare it to Regent Park, the latter is a public housing for crying out loud. You can't even afford a parking lot at those places in City Place.

Looks like they picked the worst color possible for the exterior... may as well as painted it pink or something.

I prefer a condo over house in general period.

Nice looking building just like Absolute, but unfortunately the location is also not that good. At least I guess this one you can see off the highway.

Absolute World is great ... but unfortunately it can be easily ignored since it is in Mississauga.

Well that's still a huge improvement considering most of the campus buildings look ancient.
