    You know what, I totally get what you mean! Pictures can sometimes fall short of, and I agree, the balconies and patterning must look even more impressive up close.

    I hear you on the grey and concrete vibe – it can feel a bit monotonous. Bringing in some warmer tones would definitely add a welcoming touch. I love the idea of taking inspiration from places like Pioneer Courthouse Square and Fed Square; those warm, red tones and the amphitheater-style layout...

    Yeah, I’m all for a “mini-No Frills” or something like that right in the heart of downtown. I mean, who wants to trek to the suburbs for basic groceries? It’s great to have options like Deningers and Alamin Butcher Shop, but we need something more comprehensive too.
