He clearly meant 1 York, aka this project. And yes, I think we can be confident a Target is going in.

As opposed to urban condos for non-urban living? ;)

Toronto Toronto | Pan Am Village in the West Don Lands | ?m | ?s | DundeeKilmer | KPMB

The George Brown residence would do well to have some sun-shading (vertical brises-soleil) on the west elevation. Otherwise, looks great!

    Toronto Toronto | L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

That is an absolutely gorgeous shot of both L Tower, and the city at large. We're so fortunate to have some very talented photographers on this site.

Which will detract from the truss effect intended for the bridges when the motif is clad over the glazing.

I enjoy the balcony motif. The tower is neo-modernist but the balconies are a bit playful.

    Toronto Toronto | Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

mafaldaboy, without a doubt those are the best shots of Aura I've ever seen, and some of the best contemporary shots of Yonge Street I've ever seen. Great work!!!

I'd mostly blame the developer, not their bitch.

Pharmacies carry just about everything, hence why they can all stay in business.

    Toronto Toronto | The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

Wow! NOW we're talking. Looking forward to this going forward, and seeing how the plans develop. I love how pedestrian and cyclist focused the plans are... very progressive and different than we're used to. Good for RioCan/Allied/Diamond for doing this.

    Toronto Toronto | Theatre Park | 156.96m | 47s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

Looks great. Really looking forward to seeing how the podium and the setback area at the front of the site are handled.

Toronto The Yards at Fort York | ?m | 28s | Onni Group | Wallman Architects COMPLETE

The columns really detract from the brick motif on the podium.
