I don't think it's fair to compare Berczy with L tower. I'd compare Berczy with Aura- one half of the building is great, the other half not so much. I think the problem with L is that the cladding quality on the east, south, and western faces is not very good compared to the relatively better...

To be fair, if they were going to light up the crown of Commerce Court North, there would be very few angles from which to enjoy it. Not to mention the complaints they would receive from 1King West's tenants.

According to the recent news article, the roof is to be uplit from the exterior. I had no idea the roof was to be offset, according to the renders, the LED strips were to run all the way up the curved portion, including the roof. Does anyone know when or why they changed it?
