    Toronto Entertainment District

My guess is that it might be a bit more west on King.

    Floor plan design

Definitely take out the bathtub in the second bathroom, create a nice shower. Other than that, great space! Tripwire is right, add a breakfast bar/stretch the island!

Oh wow, I'm not shocked though. I figured that was the next step after seeing all the construction down the street.

Average maintenance fee increase per year?

Is your building going through some serious maintenance? Are there new members of the board of directors? Two fee increases in a year is something to worry about!

    Toronto 2024 Olympic Bid (Dead)

Couldn't have said it better myself. Toronto is definetely not ready for an Olympic bid.

    Toronto 2015 Pan American Games

I've been asking the same thing. With such a huge amount of tickets unsold, no media pick up, and the fact that there will be a lot of road closures all summer, I just don't see the point in carrying these games out.

So many renters breaking their rental agreement and leaving early.

That sounds awful, but you're completely right. Tenants don't have much power when it comes to rent increase. I used to have fantastic tenants, and I ended up not increasing their rent because I didn't want to lose them. So it all really depends on the kind of landlord you have.

Concord Park Place Tango - 1 + 1 bedroom floor plan

The storage space seems like a waste in my opinion, it could of been created at least into a walk in closet. The pillar in the den is going to take a lot of space, especially for a dining set. It's still under construction so I really hope for your sake they change the layout a little bit to...

    Toronto Toronto | Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts | 156.05m | 45s | Daniels | RAW Design

I'm inclined to think that it will look nothing like the image they created. Quite unfortunate that it's the end of an era for Guvernment.
