Condos That Allow Large Pets (85lb Dog)

Lol rich area? So I'm rich? I wish... it's really not that expensive. Condo prices r pretty reasonable compared to other condo developments around the area. Some Tridel buildings r just ridiculous.

Condos That Allow Large Pets (85lb Dog)

I'm in the Tango building. It's part of the Concord Park Place facilities... All members of park place can access it, so the townhomes and Discovery buildings too.

Condos That Allow Large Pets (85lb Dog)

I have 1 dog and 2 cats and they seem very happy within a 2 bedroom condo. We have a pet salon as part of our facilities lol. Can just drop off and pick up if I needed to.

Condos That Allow Large Pets (85lb Dog)

It all depends on the sizes really, realistically, how many dogs or cats can you keep in a 2 bedroom condo of 1000 or so sq feet. They need room, you need room.

Condos That Allow Large Pets (85lb Dog)

Does anyone know if there's a restriction for the amount of dogs allowed in 1 condo? I'd imagine maybe .. 1 dog for a 1 bedroom unit, or 2 dogs for a 2 bedroom unit maybe? ;) Considering a second dog..

First-time buyer, looking for some insight into reliable developers

I have heard that Tridel and Menkes are two of the best Condo builders in the GTA. Well.. other than being good at building their condo's structure, are usually very expensive and maintenance fees are expensive too.. Units are usually built really narrow but not too sure about their resale...

Ah, I see. Thank you. I guess everyone here has statistical data.

    Wealthiest Neighborhood?

I'm surprised no one is considering the Bayview Hill neighbourhood in Richmond Hill. Fairly large community with houses averaging 1.5 million dollars right now. Shouldn't the community size be taken into consideration to the total as well?

    micro condos

I've had this type of condo before and you almost need to treat it like a hotel. If you have any kind of furniture, it makes it hard to arrange the space.

    G Road Test Tips

Just remember to drive defensively. There are often forum posts on RFD that give the entire route that the examiners take. Before your test, you can go along the route and memorize the speed limits in each area. Keep a good distance to your car in front of you.

City cracks down on "illegal" Food Trucks

food truck regulations may be to protect toronto citizens from potential problems, but makes it so much difficult for more of these tasty businesses to begin. it's too bad there are so many barriers to entry.
