I'm willing to do just a flat massing but it's way too complex to deal with (and it's pretty far along at this point anyways). Also it's a BIG project but less impressive to watch climb (getting to grade was the real topping out in my opinion).

Contra I like your cross section of the tower but you forgot the floors of the foundation on this rendering. It would be nice to see it when you have the time thanks .

Below grade is pretty hard to judge and get accurate, so I tend to shy away from it to be honest. The diagrams aren't meant to be 100% correct, but more of a visual judge of what's left to go (with some realism beyond a plain single coloured massing). With below grade, there's a pretty clear indication of when grade will be hit so they don't quite serve the purpose I've intended.

That's really just a long winded way of saying I'm too lazy to do it. 🙃
