The sales office was moved today as a one piece on special mover to the future apartment building site on Elm Dr. This will allow construction to finally get underway that was supposed to happen 5 plus years ago. Happen to be going to a Doctor appointment to catch the move on Mississauga Valley.

As a note, this site is in the flood plains and Burnhamthrope was to be the RT route to Sq One and why the large ROW for the road.
Route 76 and 26 service this area with poor service by 26 on Sundays. This an area where retail will be a failure.
With the sales office now move, shoring can start. The sale office looks like it been setup on the Elm lot that Kaneff plans to build an apartment building on.

Mods Note: 20s + 23s and Turner Fleischer Architects
In my backyard and shot it on my way to the plaza and time to get back photographing. Used the site to test if the changes are better than last week and looks like I may have an issue with the zoom lends as I had to scrap 8 shots. Can't send it out as I am down cameras now and no idea when they will be back. One is waiting for parts and the other in the work line..
