New Application in the AIC for a new purpose-built rental building of 26s.
This would deliver a much needed 381 new rental units to the market!

The new building will be at the rear of the lot.
Of note for UT'ers is that we have a thread for a proposal just 2 lots to the south at 5 Capri.
Planners should be looking at these Apps together, ideally, particularly in terms of parks and community services.
