They nailed the Florida/Panama retirement condo look pretty down pat, which I'd reckon is their target market anyways. The architecture here remains a snoozer IMO.

Lanterra breaks ground on Toronto’s Glenhill Condos

October 8, 2021

TORONTO — Lanterra Developments has announced groundbreaking on its Glenhill Condominiums project at the corner of Bathurst Street and Glencairn Avenue in Toronto.

The nine-storey luxury boutique building will include a hotel with 22 suites as well as 1,020 square metres of retail/commercial space at the ground level. It will house a total of 113 units, comprised of two- and three-bedroom units.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held Oct. 3.

Tough to tell indeed. But this does seem to give off the vibe of being another slow mover coming out of the gates for Lanterra.

No new renderings are updated. The only changes to the project information are the overall unit count changed from 119 units to 127 units and the total parking count changed from 215 parking to 214 parking.

The information is taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan Approval.

Sharing news that Lanterra Developments just revealed details for the luxurious and thoughtfully-designed Glenhill Hotel (for the first time), which will be integrated into Glenhill Condominiums, their new iconic Toronto residences coming to the Glen Park neighbourhood (recently started construction). The 9-storey luxury boutique building will include 23 elegant hotel suites ranging from 500 to 1,000 sq. ft. in addition to the 127 residential units (from 1,000 to over 5,000 sq. ft. with pricing from $1.1 million to just under $7 million).
