New condo next door and yet a one story new entrance next door. Talk about under utilized.

I would prefer offices between the store front retail/LRT station entrance and residential above, to act as sound barriers.

A not too distant example of what I'd rather see here, if perhaps they expanded an assembly and had stronger development initiatives. But yeah, anything would be an upgrade over what we're ending up with here.
