This building is quite nice I have to say. Windows could have been a bit better but there is no really obvious spandrel which makes the silver lines stand out more.

Compared to "Dundas Square Gardens", also by Gupta, this is fantastic, also much better then some of the buildings in the heart of Yorkville! I'd give this building a solid 8 out of 10 for quality of exterior!
 
7 out 10. it turned out way better than i expected, i thought this was going to be a 3 or 4.

As others mentioned, it seems to pay homage to that silver and black bank building with the tubular vents just west of it. And this does look like said building's long awaited residential phase, IMO...

...so I guess it's bit more easy on the stomach than I had originally anticipated. Thus, mildly thumbs up for this so far.
