Looks like a plan to redevelopment the current 2 SFH's on site at 68 & 70 Lippincott St, to build 4 townhome units to replace them.

To construct a townhouse containing 4 dwelling units each having access to a rooftop terrace. Four parking spaces will be provided in the rear yard.
