My read here is that most of Planning's issues are resolved by setbacks and floor plate reductions necessary to achieve same, for lane widening, privacy (of proposed occupants and nearby ones) as well as better showcasing of heritage.

Not a complicated fix, provided it fits within the pro-forma for Lamb.
 
Look for some news on this one soon I suspect, their lawyers are talking to the City.
 
New renderings updated. The storey count changed from 34 storey to 42 storey. Height changed from 115.90m to 139.90m. Finally, the total unit count changed from 364 units to 449 units.
