Major excavation going on here. Two excavators at work and appears they are at second level down at south west end of site. Difficult to see from photos taken March 4-2024. What\'s with \"curated\" sign. Does that mean high end (price) rentals?

The company just happens to go by the name "Curated Properties". And it's more or less just mid-level price condos.
