From the "there's no accounting for taste / never listen to the general public" department, I was having a drink on the Betty's patio the other week and the people at the table behind me were discussing this building, and none of them liked it! I felt like I was taking crazy pills.
Anyway, this thing is gorgeous. What a little jewel. HPA knocked another one out of the park.

Just some small updates, Guards and Planters are up on the Terraces, just need to fill in the gap, and get some trims on and it looks like the exterior will be done.

The finishing touches on the uppers levels really help tie the two volumes together. Such a great little infill project.

This building is amazing. My only comment/knock would be when you spend this much time and energy to make such a cool little building...why not hide the security cameras....?

Security cameras being visible is a deterrent to crime and it's cheaper to prevent crime that to deal with it after the fact.
