Agreed.
Like so many of these reclads, I tend to prefer the original far more (401 Bay Street, Richmond Adelaide Centre).

I find it just as odd, if not preposterous as everyone else.
I don't hate this type of idea as much as some others do, when done properly, in the right setting.
But it's over-used, and poorly executed more often than not.
This is a truly odd spot for it on top of that, which I can't make a lick of sense out of...

This re-cladding started in 2018 - it is almost over. Was it worth it? Really not sure but CF did not totally screw it up like 401 Bay!
