Their website says completion 2023. 15 buildings 65 homes.

BUT... the sales centre could be for this: 39 townhomes in six blocks and 148 apartment flats in two five-storey wood frame apartment buildings.

They seem separate as they're listed under different addresses on their website.

195 Dieppe Drive, SW. Calgary, AB is the address for the 65 townhomes. This has a DP.

445 & 555 Bishop Drive, SW, Calgary, AB seems to be for the two five-story apartment buildings. This does not have a DP (so why would they get a DP for the sales centre?).

Currie has been slow to get off the ground, but with this the other building he across the way it’s got some momentum.
At some point in time, Embassy Bosa has some hi-rises planned for this area. They are probably waiting to see if and when the condo market improves otherwise it will be back to purpose rentals.
