It's LJM so expect it to go to sales twice and get rezoned again after getting approvals for 27 then 33 storeys before it's actually built in 7 years.

Proposed Grimsby condo towers get public airing

Parking and a several other issues raised at Grimsby's planning and development committee about proposed $400 million condominium development at 540-544 North Service Road

Zayed, who lives in a townhouse complex behind the development site, said the 606 planned underground spaces for 548 residential units is not enough, and some residents in a condo complex next door said they’re concerned about tenants and visitors from the new development possibly using some of their limited parking.

The town’s bylaw requires 1.25 parking spaces and 0.25 visitor parking spaces per unit and the developer is proposing to reduce that to 1.10 spaces per unit, visitor parking included.
