No chance the city allows them to do this without retaining the heritage buildings.

Are you sure, guess they are old, but not particularly exciting.

Some of them are likely to be heritage designated. I'm not sure the history of them, but that's what I was told by some of the tenants along this strip. Ironically the oldest house here is the white one on the right of your screen cap. It's like 1860 or possibly even earlier.
