Got a notice this week that Tower 2 (Phase 3) will occupy December 2024 (more than two years delayed) which is curious considering it is well out of the ground and has its own crane. Disappointed and surprised that an experienced builder like Minto can't execute a simple repeating 20 storey tower quicker considering this should be topping out in 2022 based on current situation. I wonder if the decision to go geothermal had a timing impact.
That's disappointing. I thought geothermal was only implemented for the North Oak Towers (Phase 4), but I could be wrong. Any further updates from Minto on the delay?

Part A/B of phase 4 of the Oakvillage development by Minto located at 3075 Trafalgar Road in Oakville. The proposal consists of a 20 storey "Tower A" to the north and a 16 storey "Tower B" to the south, which will be connected by a 2 storey atrium/amenity pavilion. 378 condo units are proposed between the two towers.
