I assume (hope) this means that the eastward extension of Queens Quay and the 'regularisation' of the foot (or head?) of Parliament Street will be moving onwards sooner than later.

Sub-threads have now been created for all 5 blocks of the Quayside master plan. Sub-project pages can be viewed from the Quayside master project page accessible at the header of this thread.
This thread will continue to be used for discussion of the master plan as a whole. For discussions regarding specific sub-projects, blocks / buildings within the project, please use that specific thread.

If you are unsure which thread to post in, this should help:

Even if the architecture pans out to be 50% of what is in these renders... this might be Toronto's best master-planned community.

The views from the amenity spaces on that skybridge.... 🥴🥴🥴

Who doesn't love shifting dirt around. I do. Only thing that can stop me is mom waving her wooden spoon yelling, "that's enough! Build something now!"

I get it, it'll bring in some money, though whether it pays for the cost of lighting and paving (in terms of cost recovery w/profit............) I kinda hope its not around that long.

From a climate and marketing perspective I'd rather have seen them sod it; throw in a few planters., and a few benches or picnic tables that can be moved later.
