Criminal. Not even addressing these cell-like layouts, I lived in two Entertainment District condos with roughly two elevators per 300-400 units from 2015-2019 and I still have nightmares. Finally moved to a building that has one elevator per 8 units and I wouldn't trade it for a unit worth ten times as much at the top of one of those dystopian towers.

No matter how nice your unit or building looks, lining up and waiting for elevators will massively diminish your quality of life.

The lower floors facing east are a great place to see new people without getting off the couch.

Very Lamb. Aesthetically pleasing by Toronto standards. The home living side is more in question.
