Seems odd to spend so much effort reconstructing the historic building to then just attach this boring beige box on the back. Hope it turns out better than the render.

Yes, mixed feelings about this too. It is great if the historic building will be reconstructed, but the box on the back needs improvement.

I assume they are adding a parkade given that they are shoring? Not sure how that pencil's out as it's a small parkade on a small site. You're paying a lot per stall.
