^All good points but I will put forward the following: this is a very large concept that will have a degree of ‘15 minute’ built in thus one is not walking, scootering, driving for everything. Also this will provide STUNNING views which is powerful on top of a being a unique amenity. Finally, though it is thought of as being isolated/distant from everything the areas to the north are rapidly developing and this is in a growing number of people’s backyard. Leslieville is a 5-7 minute über as is Cherry and Commissioners.
