These much-needed traffic lights were installed a long time ago but sit unwrapped. Is this another item that can't be activated until the LRT contract is final? Cause that would be silly.

They took all of these signs down at the Mount Dennis station too earlier this week so maybe it is not a renaming (yet) but rather more 'fixes'...
