Yes I wonder why that pole is still there. It’s been there probably more than 10 years and I won’t be surprised if it’s there for the next 20 years and no one bats an eye. Sometimes I wonder what is wrong with this city.
I have complained about it MANY times, last time Hydro told me that they were having problems getting the City (I think) removing their wires. Sigh!

EDIT. I have again emailed my Hydro contact but I think the problem is the removal of the wires, which are still there.

Honestly it’s probably the other way around and I’m the only one that does understand them

Too self-deprecating!

Your maps are perfectly understandable to me; and a welcome contribution.

Though for some folks, a bit more labeling might prove useful.

The track slab above the Bremner Concourse was laid, it’s now possible to see the massive staircases to platform 24-25-26-27:

At least for now this should be the widest staircase in Union:

Allow me to provide a rather layman description of the post.

Concrete is poured up to track level, most of the rebar appears to extend up to what will be platform level. The hole in the middle will be a stairwell.

Rather than the typical U-shaped staircases, which are big bottlenecks in passenger flow, each stairwell on the new platform will have one long, wide staircase. The map was shared only to illustrate this difference.
