Resubmitted with Tower A (the eastern tower) reduced from 35 to 29-storeys and moderate redistributions of the unit mix, parking mix and GFA. The tower floorplate has increased from 779m² to 850m² GCA and an 8-storey volume has been incorporated into the base of the tower resulting in a slight increase in total GFA despite the height reduction. Total car parking is down from 278 to 254 while bike parking count remains unchanged.

A couple of quick updates here.

1) This was approved at this week's Council meeting w/o amendment.

2) No SPA has been filed; and I don't expect one soon.........see 3 below

3) The Sobeys here is getting a major renovation starting in mid-January, likely well into 7 figures, no indication of re-bannering. Given the size of investment, I would assume nothing is happening here for at least 5 years.
