Unfortunately Sentinel won't be finished by the time of the next federal census, but will be in time for the civic census of 2027.
 
Agreed this is sorely needed in this area. Though it feels like the framing process for this has been going for 6-8 weeks at this point. Wonder if they had design or material issues.

I did see that they are buying all of their lumber and Engineered wood from North Coast BP out of Surrey.. which certainly is a choice given there's 7+ companies in the Calgary area that could provide the same scope, likely for less $$$. Doesn't make sense to me to ship material almost 1000 kms.

Not loving that Sunalta one, I cycle by it every day and don't like the 4 buildings all the same. Hoping for different cladding or something to help differentiate them. No trees to help currently either.
Agreed. Unfortunately the renders suggest we are getting 4 identical buildings with the usual color combination of charcoal stucco and FAAS grey Hardie panels.
