Regional Rd 25 at Britannia Rd - A massive proposal ranging of 12-15-Storeys and 1,768 units. There will be a commercial unit on first floor. Designed by Core Architects for Mattamy Homes in Milton’s Boyne Neighbourhood.

I wonder how it was able to sell enough units to start construction.
Mattamy seems to offer more market-competitive pricing and financing incentives on its condos than others, and it's been 13 months since release. Even their SFD launches often sell out faster than other builders in the area, although they are known for subpar finishes.

Thats true, I know with this development and some others Mattamy also introduced "rent-to-own" like payment methods, where residents pay monthly over a long period of time, which I'm guessing might be pretty attractive for some condo-buyers.

I think that's only for the deposit portion, where it's fixed monthly, instead of being 5% every few months or so for 20-25% deposit.

Their condo finishes are at or above many builders tbh.
