They have poured the 6th floor and started to work on the columns and walls for it starting at the north end. It is now looking like a March 2026 for topping off the 12 story section and that depends on the winter weather that is supposed to be bad this year.

You noticed that it is now taking almost a month to do a floor?? This put the topping of the 12 story tower around May 2026 with the tower itself around March 2027. Move in will be late 2027 with the unknown date if move in will happen sooner in late 2026 for the 12 story building..

At the current rate with the 4th floor fully in place now, the 12 story tower will be top off the 2nd week of January 2026 with work taking place for the 13th floor of the main tower. If they do a floor a week, the tower will be in the topping off stage come October 2026 subject to weather.

The earliest I can see owners moving into the 12 story tower will be late summer of 2026 if they are allow to or beginning of summer of 2027 along with the main tower.

They have started the 5th floor walls and columns at the north end.

Now the tower has reached floor 6, the pace of construction has pickup as haft the floor slab for the 12 story section has been cut in haft with the step back there on both sides. The main tower remains the same size. They are currently working on the 8th floor slab. At this rate they should be at the 13th floor by year end now subject to weather.
