Every time I walk by this thing I wonder what it must be like being the person to OK those material choices. There was so much of this crap when I lived in Kitchener-Waterloo, these student buildings are terrible and show a good example, along with this project. I thought I had escaped it!

I just don't walk by that site on the daily (and of course it isn't U/C)! In the renders Bluestone does look infinitely worse, plus Yellowstone is a bit more hidden rather being front and centre on a big street.
