I'd be very happy to see secondary/tertiary commercial streets like Concession, Ottawa and Barton getting so good midrise development.

Likely will have to wait until we're out of this economic slump, but it will come sooner than later.

Those arches are pretty cool, even if the rest is pretty generic..

Love to see Concession getting some development, the most promising 'urban' main street on the mountain and great walkability in that neighbourhood. I wondered when we'd start to see applications here.
