A height increase would be like shooting themselves in the foot.

Very few affluent people want to live in a giant 50-storey Front Street-style building. They want smaller boutique residences similar to what is going up along Davenport or the industrial conversions along Wellington.

A height increase to 16 floors would be much more reasonable here than 10.

seems like they're intentionally not showing full heigh renders as their new height has not been publicly disclosed but imagine were looking at 13s

They also recently painted the brick from white to beige which shows in renderings that they will not be reverting back to the original brick colour. similar to other buildings on Yonge Street that have unfortunately been painted longer than they were originally natural brick lol
