Nothing exciting, but it'll be a nicer streetscape than the previous building. Also, Shoppers' outlets tend to generate a fair bit of foot traffic.

Fuck this development, support Luke's Drug Mart. Don't care about the challenging-to-lease second floor medical office space. The architect did a good job with the prompt though I do think it looks good just don't care for the uses in it for this neighbourhood unless it has smaller CRU's facing 1st Ave. Would've been a good place to do a second floor Shopper's and smaller CRUs on the bottom, either way i don't care for Shopper's coming in to compete with Luke's.
