She said that she overheard Stan Sr. mumbling about it in one of his ghostly, nightly wanderings. I would prefer a nice building with a recreation of elements of the Tegler to be built here asap, but if that doesn't happen something like the privately owned Melcor park space east of 102 Street and south of Jasper Ave would not be bad.

Any developer would win instant goodwill by putting a temporary park here until they decide what to do long term.
