On the outside, sure, but the units within? Not even close.NYC-esque
Really good looking building and much needed housing for this area. Definitely agree with the developer's pushback against the City's employment space requirement - walk around any new developments in the City and the ground floor commercial space is almost always vacant. Those that do manage to get tenants have to go with crappy fast food chains, pet stores, and dentists - which we have no shortage of in this City. Prioritize housing - there are thousands of square feet of vacant employment spaces across the City.
Why does anyone partner? they need $$$$$ and partners bring necessary equity and help de-risk project.![]()
