Tower 3 (phase 4C) has been removed from the Minto website... Possibly cancelled for now until market recovery?

Some photos from today, both towers undergoing occupancy:
And they have changed the signs advertising tower 3 (phase 4c) to simply advertising unsold units in these completed buildings... I think 4c is as good as cancelled now (or maybe on-hold until market recovery or a switch to rental)
