Both towers are getting an interior reno/gut and facade renewal.
There are extensive permits pulled for the interiors of 2180. Nothing for the exterior as yet.
I don't see any permits pulled for 2200 for major work yet. I wonder if this is just testing some potential materials? Not sure.
In the early days of UrbanToronto we shared an office right on that corner but on the 9th floor. Great space and location.

I mean, it's no secret that Oxford is retaining and upgrading these two buildings as part of the broader master plan. This is just that.
